Jim Anderson

Jim Anderson started down the road in Automotive in 1989, with a passion for cars. Jim began where so many mechanics begin, repairing cars and trucks for friends, family, and neighbors on the weekends and evenings. Now 23 years later, Anderson Automotive has grown from a one-man operation to a smooth-running, profitable company, with a presence in his community that anyone would be proud of. Anderson Automotive is a modern facility, with a dedicated staff and management that handle all day-to-day operations. Because of the stability and success of Anderson Automotive, Jim was able to discover a new and ever-growing passion to help other shop owners in the automotive industry.

Along Jim’s journey, he had the opportunity to work with and learn from some amazing business and industry leaders and coaches. He was also able to work with and alongside several companies and organizations in the industry to inspire, speak, teach, and assist others through the hurdles and pitfalls of the auto repair industry.

Tobi Edmonds

Tobi has worked her way up through the automotive industry. She started in auto parts, worked as a service adviser for 8years, moved into management before owning her own shop. She is ASE certified and Master of Shop Management.

Her goal is To use the success and presence as a local business to give back to our community. To work with other like-minded individuals to further the value of the automotive repair industry on a local and national scale. She would also like to provide guidance and encouragement to young people pursuing a career in automotive repair through schools and organizations.

Mandee Bradshaw

Mandee Bradshaw is a co-founder and the CEO of Real Shop Coaching. She has over a decade of experience in the automotive space, with significant experience in, and a passion for, helping shop owners visualize and achieve their goals. With experience in both the automotive repair and collision repair space, her experience guiding shop owners have been focused on developing soft skills, organization, and people management. Before co-founding Real Shop Coaching, Mandee worked at remote collision diagnostics company, AirPro Diagnostics, where she started as a Marketing Consultant and then Director of Corporate Communications & Marketing. At AirPro, Mandee gained invaluable insight into the automotive collision industry including the specific difficulties and challenges that repair shops encounter on a daily basis. Previously, Mandee was with DRIVE for over a decade where she held positions of leadership, focusing on professional services and the customer experience.

Steve Ek

Before Steve even started in the automotive industry he had the goal of opening his own shop. It took him 6 years to achieve that goal and not much longer after that to realize he needed help with the business end of his shop. That’s where his first coach came in, they worked together to design and execute a plan for success.

He has had a number of coaches over the years, each bringing him to a new level of success. He has been able to handcraft a brand and culture that continuously propels his shop forward while giving him the luxury of not having to run it day-to-day.

In his free time, he has dedicated himself to helping others in business by becoming a coach himself. Having a passion for the automotive industry, he got together with his good friends and highly successful people to focus on helping the industry together.
