Real Shop Coaching will pair you with an experienced coach that will be by your side the entire way. You will have weekly phone calls with your coach, and they will be available to assist you as life’s daily challenges crop up!
Customized Policies and Processes
Good employees are attracted to well-run shops and part of making a shop run well is structure. Real Shop will help you implement basic structure within your shop that will enable your employees to do their job without having to be micromanaged.
Shop Assessment Report
Real Shop will really dig deep into your current shop team and culture. Your onboarding fee will include a full shop assessment that will contain valuable insight into how your shop is currently running and what you need to do to reach your goals. After you and your coach review your Shop Assessment Report you can then start learning to work on your shop instead of in your shop.
Training for Employees and Owners
Training and education go together like a socket and wrench. As you and your coach begin fundamental changes within your shop, you will also need to know how to implement the changes while training your employees. Real Shop will set you up with training for you and your employees so that all of that newfound knowledge won’t go to waste.
